We offer a comprehensive service portfolio for tens of thousands of pharmacies, millions of patients and hundreds of companies in the pharmaceutical industry. We successfully meet this diverse customer structure with our activities in wholesale and pharmacy retail, as well as other services along the pharmaceutical value chain.
Pharmaceutical wholesale is our core activity. Day after day, we supply medicines and other healthcare products to wherever they are needed. Reliable nationwide coverage in 29 countries.
With its pharmacy brands BENU, Apotek 1, Rowlands Pharmacy, McCabes and Help Net, PHOENIX operates nearly 3,300 of its own pharmacies in 17 European countries. Each year, our employees in our pharmacies have more than 187 million customer contacts and dispense around 498 million medicine packs to patients. Thanks to our wide product range and our experienced employees, we are able to offer patients excellent services and advice.

Successful cooperation, individual success: PHOENIX bundles its Europe-wide pharmacy cooperation programmes under the umbrella of the PHOENIX Pharmacy Partnership. Nearly 18,000 member pharmacies in cooperation and partner programmes have come together in 17 European countries.
